I am involving operate plant with DCS control all parameters, trouble shooting, day to day production target, process in continuous process and followed the safety related activities, smooth operations & Start up and shut down the plant.

1. Process Engineer

I am involving operate plant with DCS control all parameters, trouble
shooting handling utilities , manpower management , day to day
production target, maintained the ISO 9001 & 2000 and ISO 14001 and
HACCP co-ordination with various Engineers in manufacture of GELATIN
I.P plant by Extraction process ,Filtration,
Triple Effect Evaporator , Dryer process in continuous process and
followed the safety related activities, responsibility to maintaining
smooth operations of various types of pumps, compressor, blowers,
blenders, screw conveyors and isolation and execution of job for
maintenance, ensures dispatch of samples as per sampling
schedule, Start up and shut down of all equipment from control room
smooth run up of plant, maintain records/log books for the important
field readings & panel readings and jobs carried out.

I had involved control plant parameters, trouble shooting, handling
utilities and co-ordination with various engineers in manufacture of
sulfuric acid by continuous process DCS operations and manpower
handling
