Project Name: Booster Compressor Platform B2 Project of ONGC Limited (Website: www.ongcindia.com)
Contract Type: EPC / Turn Key Job.
Project Value: US $ 282.96 million.
Responsibilities:
1. Independent Coordination with Structural Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Fabrication Yard (L&T MFY LLC Oman), Transportation, Load Out, Installation and Other Project Departments (Finance, Human Resource etc.) for BCP – B2 Piles.
2. Checking Structural Engineering / Fabrication Drawings, Materials Take Off etc. from Structural Engineering Consultant M/s. AKE.
3. Preparing Cutting Plan and Layout for Tubular, Plates, Other Enabling Materials for Piles.
4. Placing Indent for Structural Materials to Purchase Department.
5. Coordinating with Structural Steel Vendors / Transporters for Packing List, Invoice List, Country of Origin, Bill of Lading for Third Country Import / Export.
6. Processing Invoices of Subcontractor, Generating Subcontractor Purchase Orders & Goods Received Note (GRN) in SAP.
7. Development of Fabrication Budget and Tender Schedules.
8. Compilation of various Spread Sheets (Material Control Chart, Invoice Status etc.) and Presentation (Weekly / Monthly Progress Report) to assist in the Production.
9. Assisting Load out Team to finalize Pile Stowage Plan as per Offshore Installation Sequence, Barge availability and also as per Oman Yard Load Out arrangements (Max. Crane Capacity, Jetty Availability, Tide Chart, Weather Condition etc.).
10. Assisting Purchase & Load out Teams for preparing MTO and procuring Sea Fastening Materials (Steel for Barge Stanchions, Wood for Piles Support, Wire Rope etc.) and also preparing Mooring Plan of Barge.
11. Assisting Sail out, Tow out & Marine Warranty Surveyor Teams to prepare International Certificates / Documents, Load out Procedure and finalize Agents for Inward & Outward Movement of Barge & Tug in Omani Territory for Transportation of Piles from Oman (Sohar) to India (Mumbai).
12. Assisting Installation Team and QA / QC Contractor (M/s. BVIS) to prepare & finalize Final Dimension Control Report as per requirement of Installation Contractor (M/s. SHL) and Client (M/s. ONGC, GLI).
13. Participate in Technical and HR Training Programme.
14. Documenting as per ISO Formats.
