As a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate, I have developed a range of skills and experience that will enable me to benefit the Company, which I am going to work for, grow within its organization and develop a successful career path.

I have no professional experience but I have done previous internships and trainings:
• Industrial Engineering trainee, Maintenance Department, Cemex, Kattamiya, Egypt.
 Developed a software for tracing the trucks’ tires
 Conducted a research about the beneficence of the anti-friction material that is used in the pipes while pumping concrete

 Shared in different maintenance processes for the fracturing department units

• Mechanical Engineering trainee, Project Department, Bavarian Group Factory, Sixth of October City, Egypt.
 Initiated a Time Study Project for two weeks in an attempt to decrease the waste time due to the workers on the BMW Seven Series production line.
 Analyzed, as part of a team, the main sources of delay and proposed solutions for the different types of delays

 Parts covered:
Cooling system, Lubricant system, Injection system, Clutch & Manual Transmission, Differential Unit & Brake system.
 Took a four cylinder motor apart and reassembled it.

Also, I have carried out several academic projects like:
• Designed a five-helical gear system to show the directions of the different force components (tangential, radial and axial).
• Developed a thermodynamic system (a fixed size cylinder with a temperature controller and a pressure gauge) to prove the ideal gas equation.
• Applied several manufacturing techniques in constructing a rocking desk chair
• Designed a model for a multiple-options chair that has head rest, hand rest, a board to write on, a lamp to supply light, clothes stand, pocket for paper, cup rest and leg rest.
• Designed a seesaw for children using Solid Edge
• Created a complete industrial plan for re-allocating a factory and expanding its production line while generating the required work packages and their sequencing constraints using MS Project.
• Created a portable car wash mechanism for washing passenger cars
