Project Engineer

A) ABB India Ltd, Bangalore. Feb-2007 to till date

Current CTC – 2.16 lakh / year
I joined here as a Project Engineer in the Business Unit: “PA-OG. Process Automation-Oil & Gas”.

I am actively involved in:

 Erection and Commissioning of SCADA Project
 At present involved in Tier-I, which is a SCADA system for monitoring the production installation at site,
 Perpration of FF segment
 Cable laying & Cable root fixing (FF Cable, Modbus, hart, power)
 Instrument mounting.
 Powering up and Configuration of instruments
 Loop Checking
 Verifying reading of instrument in local Control room



B) Suzlon Infrastructure Limited, Nandurbar, Maharashtra.
Engineer in Commissioning Department.
Period: 1.5 year
Job Profile-
• To commission wind turbines of 350kw, 600kw, 1000kw, 1250kw, 1500kw & 2000Kw.
• Experience in testing, trouble shooting, diagnosing problem with electronics circuit & test hardware modification to improve quality and reduce product failure
• Control Panel Commissioning (Dealing with PLC, Switchgear Assembly, AC Drives, Induction Motors, Proximity Sensors, Temp. Sensors, Anemometers, Termination work, Cabling, other Industrial sensors)
• After commissioning handover the wind turbine to Suzlon Wind farm Services Limited.
• To maintain daily production & daily maintenance report.
• Testing & commissioning of machine L.T. and H.T. side as well as Maintenance and Operation.

Professional Qualification-

Bachelor of engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication from “U.V.patel colledge of engineering” with 66.46 % in the year of 2005.

Technical & Computer Skills-
Sound knowledge of Power Electronics, AC Drives, ADC, Microwave communication, Telecommunication, PLC.
Office automation:- MS word, Excel, Power point & C language.
Operating System:- MS-Dos, windows 98, 2000 & XP.
Design Software:-Assembly Language Programming of 8085, 8086 Microprocessors & 8051, 89C51 Microcontrollers, CCS, C Language
