•Schedule Development & Control to ensure proper Scope/ Integration/ Time Management of the project in Coordination with Projects Manager, Consultant / Client / Sub-Contractors & Vendors at all levels.
•Recovery Programmes (Up to required levels).
•Progress Monitoring, Updating Schedules, Computing Variance and suggesting remedial actions.
•Implementation of Project Control Procedures.
•Generation / Updating of Progress S-Curves.
•Procurement Planning including long lead items.
•Enterprise Resource Planning and generating Craft-wise & overall Manpower Histograms.
•Preparation of Progress Report (Weekly & Monthly)
•Correspondence to client, consultant & all sub-contractors in regards to schedule in accordance with FIDIC conditions of contract for EPC / Turnkey projects.
•Preparation of EOT (Extension of Time) notifications & detailed Claims.
•Monitoring project execution and evaluating Performance.
•Tracking status of Submittals and Approvals for Drawings, Materials & Sub-Contractors.
•Coordination with Consultant / Vendors & Sub-Contractors at all levels.
