„« Overhauling Experience of 2500KW High Tension Motor, maintenance of AC/DC Motors and Drives, VVVF Drives, Weigh Feeders, Soft starters, liquid starters, Transformers, MV Switchgears, Motor Control Centre, PFI panels, Dehydration of Transformers oil, maintenance of Tap changers, compressors, Blowers, water treatment plant, Motion sensors, proximity switch, temperature sensors etc.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for all sorts of Electrical maintenance, repair and overhauling work of Raw Mill and Reclaimers.
2. Responsible for Operation Repair & Maintenance of SF6 Gas Circuit Breakers.
3. To ensure availability of store inventory Indenting & Inspection of received parts.
4. To prepare shut down maintenance plan and implementation.
5. To ensure availability of drawings and manuals of all Equipments and safety of man and machinery.
6. Preparation of Quality documents of ISO 9001-2000 i.e., Quality System Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Quality Plans, Reference Quality System documents at Raw Mill & Reclaimers.
