POSITION : Field Support Engineer.
Duties: Attended and supervised all related rotating equipment erections i.e. pumps, and skid mounted accessories, etc. Insure that equipment installation procedures are met according to specification duly agreed by the Owner and Contractor i.e. equipment orientation, elevation, levelling, grouting, pipe strain,shaft deflection shaft alignment, etc. until the final handover to the client. Coordinate with other disciplines to keep the progress tracking activities and good team building relationship on the site and check major activities prior to pre-commissioning i.e. top-up Oil/grease machinery requirement lubrication, motor solo-run, flushing, vibration monitoring and troubleshoot the root cause the incipient machinery problems encountered during operation. Be near like cloth to your subordinates and other discipline to promote Safety Awareness on the site. Supervising the erection of static equipment like vessels, columns and heat exchanger. Erection of Static Equipments, Installation of rotating equipments like pumps (horizontal and vertical),levelling and alignment of pumps and compressors by using reverse and rim & face procedure. Inspection works to ensure the proper and safe erection according to drawing and specification.
