„X Was involved in recreating the competency test questionnaire of the (Feed & Product Surge) and (Injection & Reproduction) Units at Juaymah Gas Plant (this test to certify new operators and re-certify existing operators)
„X Participated as Unit Expert (Operation representative) in Surge & Injection Plants HAZOP study with the association of the following representatives: Loss Prevention Department, CSD Process Division, JGP maintenance engineering and JGP Process engineering.
„X Instrumental in creating a new console operator job tasks standard (JTS). This is a new requirement to train the console operator after changing the control panel with TDS (TDC 3000 Console)
„X Technically supported the installation of Gas Flex Program on Juaymah Gas Plant major compressors (to show their monitoring performance capability) by providing the required P&ID, data sheets & drawings and arranged the communication between the concerned parties.
„X Built in the data base of outside operator Marlin Device (this is a new device to log out & histories the machine & process conditions) to retrieve all the required data when troubleshooting took place in the event of undesired trips. It is a part of Predictive Maintenance Program.
