•Organize all International Safety Management (ISM) document.
•Implement (ISM Code) and company policy onboard ship's fleet.
•Implement security onboard ship's fleet according to (ISPS Code).
•Implementation of ISO 9001/2000& OHSAS 18001codes on the company.
•Documentations controller for ISM, ISPS and ISO 9001/2000 & OHSAS 18001.
•Prepare ships drawing for any discussion and modification.
•Participate in assessment ship's security, preparing security plan for approval.
•Prepare and make meeting onboard with crew about ISM, ISPS regulations.
•Preparing annual training plans for safety and security.
•Preparing annual exercise plan between company and ships.
•Preparing schedule of internal audit onboard the ships.
•Arrange meetings (office and online).
•Assist of preparing estimated budget of the department.
•Assist of preparing dock specification of ships.
•Arrange documents between company and classification society and vise versa.
•Monitoring and auditing the documentation of safety and security onboard.
•Arrange for audit (Document Of Compliance, DOC) certificate.
•Update all ISM & ISPS forms and documents.
