Position: Deputy H&S Team Leader

•Enhancing the H&S culture by proactively communicating the H&S objectives
•Supervising and lead H&S team to ensure delivery of line commitments, development of personnel through coaching, undertake performance evaluations
•Preparing HSE&ER Performance contracts, objectives, plans and risk matrix and actively involved in implementation
•Taking Part in operations, management meetings, chairing and facilitating weekly and daily team meetings
•Ensuring that the Performance Unit is in compliance with regulations and working together with management ensure conformance with company HSE procedures
•Playing an active role in the implementation of the HSSE Management system
•Conduct weekly and monthly health and safety audits and issue findings reports for further implementation
•Incident/Accident Investigation Root Cause Analysis specialist and excellent knowledge in investigations
•Deep knowledge in Task Risk Assessment, risk management and BP Permit to Work process
•Has excellent knowledge and understanding of HSE MS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001
•Assertive personality sensitive to multi-cultural & multi-national environments and hugh experience in multi cultural and multi national environment
•Managing HSE and Performance targets and monitoring of HSE Performance Reporting
•Updating and distributing HSE procedures at the organizational level
