Project Engineer to take care of piping jobs

I am a Diploma Mechanical Engineer with 16 years of experience in OIL & Gas construction/erection field. I have experience of working in Middle East and India.My objective is to do a sincere job where ever I work.

Major Projects Handled For JOINT OPERATIONS, WAFRA KUWAIT:-
(a) Erection of De-Gassing Tower & Related Pipe Lines inside gathering centres.
(Gathering centre where oil and gas are separated).
(b) Fabrication and erection of above ground and underground Flow Lines.(6” sch 40).
(c) Familiar with all types of tie-ins and hot work permit requirement.
(d) Familiar with Cold Cutting and Tie-in requirement.
(e) Modification of Crude oil inlet & outlet Pipelines to oil and gas Separators as per ASME B 31.3 – ASME code for pressure piping.
(f) Erection of Gas Scrubber designed as per ASME Sec VIII Div I & related Pipelines as per ASME 31.3.
(g) Erection of Valves for Various Sub centers ( before the crude oil reaches GC)
(h) Pneumatic testing and Hydrostatic testing of pipelines as per requirement of ASME B 31.3
(i) Pipe rack fabrication & erection for Flare Gas Lines.

(j) Fabrication & Erection of Structural Supports & Platforms.

Familiar with ASME B 31.3 piping code requirements for fabrication.
2. Position: Pipeline Engineer (M/S. Pipeline Engineers, Madras:1997-2006)
Project Description: i. 8” dia. Carbon steel pipeline for Gas Authority of India Limited,
site Rajmundry, Andhra Pradesh, India.

ii. 20”, 18”& 12” dia. Pipelines for Mangalore Refinery (MRPL) crude oil Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (HPCL).
iii. 6” dia. Process water pipeline for Mangalore Refineries and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd.
iv. 14” dia. Kerosene line for Mangalore Refineries & Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd.
v. Diesel pipeline for Bharath Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (Madras)

Duties &
Responsibilities: Co-ordination of Mechanical works with Client, Gas Authority of India Limited / MRPL & HPCL. Supervision of works such as, review of drawings, pipe laying, welding, hot tapping and NDT activities, Blast cleaning and coating activities.
Preparation of final documents for submission to client.
