Welding, QA/QC or vessels Inspector.

• Currently I'm Cofrend & ASNT Level II, I have main NDT responsibility includes Vessels Inspection (all APG/APV) welding supervision & adaptation of QA/QC Operation Project program of SONATRACH/BP Algeria, ensuring proper, safe & sound construction in job sites.

• Conducted Inspectors issues in different areas (Fab Shop, Wells, Plaint, Manifolds etc...)

• Responsible for resolving Project installation problems and verifying that the installation was installed to design specification, standards and codes (API, ASME etc.)

• Leading Inspectors and subcontractors to be assigned in different areas of responsibilities. Inspectors for Piping/pipeline, Inspectors for heat treatment, Inspectors for Ultrasonic testing, Inspectors for Dye pen & Magnetic testing, Inspectors for Hydro test.

• Established WPS & PQR (API 1104 – ASME IX)

• Worked closely with contractors in order to solve pertinent problems on site.

• Homologation of welders in accordance with WPS required.

• Checking all modifications in drawing, P&ID’s to install the pipes along the areas.

• Make the heat treatment for all spools are ready for wellhead.

• Responsible for safety & security in all NDT & Welding construction activities.

• To coordinate with testing Agencies for Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) and all other required tests.

• Inspection of the vessel every sheet down in accordance with codes & specifications in collaboration with DPP, DMI and Enact

- Education Secondary school: 3rd year Secondary Option: Mathematics.
- CITAM/SIDER: High Technician from Metallurgy Institute of Annaba: Option Chemistry/Metallurgy

IS France French Welding Institute

- COFREND & ASNT Level II from French Confederation of No Destructive Testing
