DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
SAUDI CONSULTING SERVICES (SAUD CONSULT), Saudi Arabia:
• Arrange and Preside Project Progress Meetings at site at regular intervals during construction in order to coordinate progress of the works and prepare an agenda for each meeting. Prepare and distribute Minutes of Meeting.
• Supervision and Inspection of Civil, Structural RCC works, all kinds of Architectural finishing works, Asphalt concrete pavement works and Road works.
• Provide day to day work directions as required for the inspection of new or existing facilities.
• Inspection of all kinds of Steel Reinforcement installations, Masonry installations, and Roofing installations, all aspects of Concrete Placement works, earth & asphalt works.
• Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports• Review contractor’s payment requests and issue payment certificates.
• Review As Built drawings and O & M Manuals.
• Review contractor’s change order proposals, claims, Request for Clarifications etc., and prepare recommendations to the client.
• Preparation of Punch lists and review the adequacy and accuracy of punch lists.
• Review the final inspection of the work and Monitor final completion of the work.
