Shift Supervisor or Production Technician

I have run a shift team on an EO/EG plant. This job involved Man management as well as technical ability to solve problems. To asign work activities, follow maintence plans and to follow the correct plant production plans.

1986-88 Trainee Process Operator at ICI Wilton
1989-92 Outside Operator on Ethylene Oxide and Glycol Plant Wilton
1992-95 Inside Operator on Ethylene Oxide and Glycol Plant Wilton
1995-2003 Senior Operator on Ethylene Oxide and Glycol Plant Wilton
2003-2009. Shift Supervisor on Ethylene Oxide and Glycol Plant Wilton.
2009-present. Production Technician on Thistle Alpha Platform in the North Sea.
Experienced in DCS TDC3000, Safe Permit Issuing, Training of Operators on my shift. I am the author of several training manuals which are used for new starters and new DCS operators. I review and alter procedures on the EO Plant. Have supervised the Reaction Area since 1997 on the 3 yearly maintenance shutdowns.
