o Sharing the design of drilling program.
o The design of casing program and casing setting depth.
o The design of cement program.
o The design of mud program.
o The design of completion program.
o Witness for every job on the well from hammering to open well to flare passing by drilling, casing, cementing, leak off test, well logging (open hole and cased hole logs).
o Witness for completion jobs.
o Witness for a Frac. Job.
o Witness for an acidizing job.



• ( on work over rig ): Drilling supervisor
o POOH with existing completion and RIH with a new completion string.
o RIH with ESP, Sucker rod pump and Jet pump.
o Witness for jobs as wire line perforation, adding perforation, water shut off, shot and drop completion.
o Witness for squeeze jobs.
