Now, working as Administrator of HLVI project for offering transportation services to US Military in Kuwait and Iraq. Here my duties are supporting
the project in the view of procurement specially , financial deliberately and administrative additionally perspective;

•Knowledge of FAR and DFAR.
•Analyze the needs to identify procurement type that is most suitable, useful and cost beneficial for the organization and thus assisting to decide whether to buy, sub-contract or getting the items on lease

•Extensive experience on various types of contracts and sub-contracting such as :

Cost-plus fixed fee
Fixed price or lump sum
Fixed price for services, material, and labor at cost
Time and material/labor hours only
• Establishes source of supply, negotiates price, delivery date and other necessary commitments based upon authorized requisition that maintains consistency with the Program/Requisitioning Unit requirement and compliance with company policies and federal regulations
•Provides guidance and information to requester that includes communication of procurement actions and assist with special or complex requirements
•Negotiates price, quality and services
•Negotiates and settles with suppliers, regarding damage claims, rejections and losses, return of materials, over-shipments and cancellations
