I am Qualified Professional Engineer (Electrical) had been authorized for the approval of any drawing and Engineering design. I am Professional Engineer (Electrical): Empowered to certify any drawing /electrical design. Ht/Lt Switch Gears, motors generator, As a Technical Authority for GAIL¡¦s Electrical system of offshore plants. It is entrusted to provide expert technical advice with respect to GAIL installed equipment, as well as provide engineering advice for any proposed future projects or modifications with in operating plants, to provide solutions to certain electrical issues related to Plant operations. Having extensive experience in Electrical system pertaining to oil & Gas/Petrochemical plants related to Engineering, Plant construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup of the plants. Knowledgeable with the relevant international standards, in particular IEC, BS, NFPA, NEC, API etc. & providing discipline support specific engineering teams as necessary. The work will also involve appropriate strategy and policy inputs, advice and guidance, standard setting, apart from ongoing professional input (including complex problem solving and decision making) either outside or own area of direct control.
