ESP FIELD MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Experience:
2002 till now: - in Qarun Petroleum Company 1 Road 315-New Maadi, Cairo, Egypt
(1st Electrical Field Engineer)
Plan, supervise and coordinate all Maintenance activities on electrical equipment, troubleshoot electrical problems, supervise electrical technicians, and contractor staff in the assigned area.
Ensure availability of tools, spares and consumables for all the activities, updated drawings, carryout review of electrical procedures & instructions and assist for the maintenance of documentation system.
Carry out detailed engineering; prepare scope of work & technical evaluation for extra and major maintenance. Analyses of the periodic shutdown work plans and integrate it with other sections for solution the problem.
Prepare the work orders, material issue requests, initiate purchase requisition, prepare proposals for stock and ensure updating of equipment history profile in Min & Max.
Project support with respect to defining the scope, integrate new facility installations with existing electrical systems, commission and connect it with the existing electrical network, considering the unknown performance characteristics of the integrated system and equipment, conduct design reviews for compliance with industry standards (National Electrical Code (NEC), IEEE standards & API) and the inspection and commissioning of new electrical equipment including motors, generators, switchgear, substation and power monitoring systems
Other activities include electrical workshop repairs, and maintenance of HVAC equipment, UPS (Chloride) systems, battery banks and chargers, HSE and supervisory personnel, operations personnel, materials department staff, contractor and outside vendor employees.
