Project Planning & Execution:
• Executing projects for plant set up / expansion / modernization.
• Conceptualizing, Planning & Execution of the projects. Monitor/Discuss project status; review during the course of periodic project review meetings there by developing inters personal skills.
• Managing activities right from the conceptualization stage to the execution; involving finalization of technical specifications, tendering, procurement, scheduling, progress monitoring, erection, testing & commissioning, manpower planning.
• Monitoring projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time over-runs, Quality Compliance and Manpower planning to ensure timely execution of projects.
Maintenance Operations:
• Responsible for Maintenance of the equipments like LPG Pumps and Compressor, air compressor, fire engine, jockey pump, transformer, DG, MCC room, Fire fighting system, carousel and Cooling Water Pumps.
• Planning and implementing proactive / predictive / preventive / shut down maintenance schedules for machinery so as to increase machine up time / equipment reliability.
