Note: I have spent well over 06 years experience in designing/supervision/execution of hundreds of primary, liner, remedial & plug cementing jobs (fly mixed/batch mixed) of high temperature-high pressure Oil & Gas Wells in Nigerian offshore deepwaters oilfields, United Arab Emirates Onshore Oilfields & Saudi Arabia Offshore Oilfields.

Carried out huge volume cementation jobs (Up-to 1200 BBL of cement slurry in single stage cement job also have experience of pumping cmt slurry having S.G = 20 PPG). It is also worth mentioning that I have supervised a lot of primary, liner, remedial & plug cementation jobs with Multinational Companies Like Halliburton, Dowell Schlumberger & Baker Hughes Inc whose services had been hired by Saudi Aramco, ADCO Abu Dhabi, Shell Petroleum Development Company Nigeria for cementing & other well services operations.

•Practical / Operating experience with Kenworth Cement Pumping Units, Baker Hughes Seahawk, Halliburton's Advantage Skid, SKD 4 units, Dowell Schlumberger's CPS Units & Batch Mixers in Cementing operations of HP/HT wells (Onshore).

.Execution of Fly Mixed as well as Batch Mixed Jobs, Liner cementation Jobs, Production casings, Intermediate and surface casing cementation Jobs, Squeeze cementation Jobs, cementation Plug Jobs, pressure testing jobs.

.Proficiency in Calculations regarding well-site cementing operations & well control operations.

.Experience of pumping foamed,thixotropic, salt saturated & gas block cement slurries.completed knowledge of Casing Hard Ware.

.Have knowledge of factors causing failure of cementation job.

.Ensure Company HSE Policies and standards.Execution as well as Supervision of Cementing operations at well site, providing technical assistance as required.

.Produce a post Cementing performance report containing evaluation of expected vs. actual interpretation and analysis of problems occurred during cementing operations, and provide technical advice to improve the performance or avoid the re-occurrence of similar problems in future.Creation / Review of Daily Cementing activities, operations & cost reports.

.Arrange Cementing Equipment & materials through coordination with material / Logistic section. Inspect all the material received at site and issue inspection reports.
