•Periodical Inspection for Sacrificial anode & power type Cathodic Protection system.
•Managing spare parts requirements and the optimization of electrical spares stock levels.
•Reducing downtime of Power equipments and contributes to the achievement of Production Targets.
•Responsible person for the safe and effective carrying out and accurate recording of testing and pre-commissioning of electrical equipment of systems, compiling punch lists / as-built drawings by the client.
•Conducting pre-commissioning checks and assist in final commissioning of the electrical installations, including cables, protection relays, LV, MV, HV switchgear and drivers.
•Installation, Commissioning, Inspection of all Well Testing Electrical Equipments as per IP standard
•Responsible for operational integrity and maintenance of entire Well Testing equipments.
•Review & update wirings, schematic and loop circuit layouts for onshore well testing units.
•Analysis of Electrical components in 180km, 33KV Transmission network and 6.6kv, 440V Distribution network using SCADA system
•Carried out Functional Test of Motor & Feeder Protection Relays SPAJ, SPAM, SPAE,MOTPRO and MICOM
•Operation of 230KV Switch Yard by SCADA system
•Maintenance of Emergency standby Generator up to 500kVA & its Auxiliaries.
•Testing & Maintenance of SF6 Circuit Breakers at voltage of 245KV
•Handling Centrifugal type filtration machines for Transformer Oil Purification.
•Testing of Transformer Oil Breakdown voltage to check its characteristics.
•Inspection on AC DC UPS system & Battery Charger units commissioning jobs.
•Responsible for HT LT Cable Termination and jointing Works.
•Installation and Inspection of Explosion Proof Flood Lights near Christmas tree
•Inspection for High Standard of Industrial Protection (IP) code on the Electrical system
•Performing Authority of using Permit to Work and Work order System
