Duties:
• Design and Drafting: Preparation of drawings and analytical work according to the specifications and customer needs
• Production Planning: Identifying the different stages of production, Preparation of action plans, Scheduling the stages of production etc.
• Inventory Management: Raw material receiving, Allocation of materials according to the requirement of the job
• Job allocation to Machines : Management of the shop floor which is well equipped with machineries like Trepanner, Oil Country Lathes, CNC Lathes, CNC Milling, Drilling, Grinding etc and Welding Section which
involves automated stub welding, hardbanding operations like Arnco 100XT,200XT,300XT, Tuboscope Titanium Carbide hardbanding, Smooth X hardbanding etc and Hardfacing operations like TYPE 300H , Matrix type etc.
• Management of Manpower : Leading a team of over 50 employees of different levels and sections in a shift
