Customer Service Officer PT. TELKOMSEL Indonesia 2005 – 2007
Telkomsel is the largest telecommunication company in Indonesia and the largest GSM provider in Asia-Pacific. I worked as a Customer officer assisting customer relation management. During my work in Telkomsel I had gained a lot of experience and earned updated knowledge through a variety of trainings. My job descriptions include serving customers using 37 parameters, handling complaints for various cases, such as networking, billing, legal, etc. I established coordination with related sections in the company to solve the problems in the 24-hour maximum service level, and conformed the customers under concern.
As a back-officer, I dealt with SIM card activation/deactivation of many features such as GPRS, 3G, International Roaming, Credit Limit Service, Caller Line Identification Restriction, Blackberry, Call Detail, Mobile-Banking, etc.
I also worked to monitor high usage of the company services and made the report weekly. I made daily online log transaction of every costumer’s enquiry and complaints. In addition, I kept up with the latest product knowledge and procedure tests every month.
