1) Worked as a Mechanical Quality Control Engineer in M/s Al-Fouzan Trading and Contracting Co from June'05 to July’07.

Projects: National Guard Site 7 and National Guard Military School Campus – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Responsibilities:

• Reviewing the contract requirements / project specifications thoroughly.
• Supervising & witness the checking of arrival equipment and material with approved submittal.
• Keep tracking of the required submittals have been prepared and approved accordingly.
• Recheck materials & equipment for compliance & prepare the schedules of inspections.
• Inspecting the work daily to assure continuing compliance with the project specifications.
• Maintaining Daily Quality Control Reports.
• Preparing deficiency tracking list.
• Performing closure inspections together with the Quality Assurance Inspector of all Electro-Mechanical Works.
• Performing punch out & pre final / final inspections with the presence of CQC system manager, QA Inspector and Contracting Officer Representatives.
• Instructing the contractor for proper installation and work procedures as per project specifications.
• Coordinating & supervising the performance of all required inspections, testing, the documents checking & approved.
• Reports to Chief Quality Control Manager.

2) Worked with Saudi Technical Ltd Company from November‘02 to June'05

a) Worked as a Mechanical Estimator from November’02 to Februry’04.
Job Responsibilities:
• Taking out Material Take-off for HVAC, Plumbing and Fire-fighting Systems.
• Preparing Quotations.

b) Worked as a Site Engineer from March’04 to June'05.
Project: Dammam Hospital Project,
Ministry Of Interior (MOI)
Job Responsibilities:

• Review contract drawings, project specifications, & design criteria.
• Prepare documents for the material submittal schedule and drawing submittal schedule.
• Prepare as-built drawings for HVAC, Water & Sanitary systems.
• Prepare material submittal & discuss with the consultant to get the approval.
• Installation of Mechanical Equipments and systems such as Chillers, AHUs, Package Units, Split Units FUCs, Ducting, Water Systems and Sanitary Systems.
• Prepare RFI’s & get approval from Consultant.
• Prepare of O & M manual.
• Reports to the Senior Site Engineer.
• Coordination with the other site engineers.

Bachelor of Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University specialized in MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

Year of Passing : 2002
Duration : Four Years, from 1998 - 2002

Undergone 2 month extensive training in Process Piping & Pipelines Design and Engineering as per ASME 31.3 from IPEBS – Institute of Piping Engineering & Building Services, Hyderabad, India.

• Total experience: 5 Years with honesty and devotion.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing & Fire-fighting – Tendering, Installation and Testing and Commissioning.
• Familiar with computerised cooling load calculations like Carrier’s E20-II and ELITE CHVAC
• Capable of HVAC duct design as per ASHRAE, Water supply, re-circulation of hot water, drainage systems design based on NPC and UPC.
• Awareness of international standards like ASHRAE, SMACNA, Mechanical Codes, International Plumbing Codes and Uniform Plumbing Codes.
• Capable of developing Testing Procedures and Operation & Maintenance manuals.
• Prepare of method of statements and work plans.
• Equipment Selection and placement of purchase orders to the suppliers.
