• Heading the home textile sales and marketing team for 40 different countries including Pakistan, India, China, Australia, Russia, Brazil, Egypt, and Spain etc.
• Traveled to China, India, & Turkey representing NCL in different world level exhibitions.
• Involved in the development of marketing strategy for the dyeing and stitching units. That included the positioning, targeting, and goal setting for the units.
• Involved in the implementation of the first ever ERP system for textile planning production for Dyeing and Stitching in Pakistan. The ERP handles all the processes of production.
• Formulating and implementing marketing and sales strategies for finding new and retaining old customers.
• Searching and calling up new customers in different markets of the world using the preemptive marketing strategy.
• Involved in the creation, design, and automation of weaving, dyeing & stitching costing sheets.
• Leading the marketing team for Commercial Dyeing of Nishat Chunian Ltd. and capturing market worth over US$4.2 million per annum
• May 2005 – March 2007 handling sales of Grey fabric in the Pakistani market with an average sales of US$6.2 million per annum
• 2003 – May 2005 handling the USA grey market. Responsible for the total production, procurement of fabric, yarn, and the timely delivery of contracts of large industrial customers like Springs Global, USA and West Point Stevens, USA. Required extensive planning and analytical skills for running of over 450 weaving looms and different spinning units. Total business worth US$20.4 million per annum.
• Purchasing fabric averaging US$6.4 million per annum to fulfill the demand of USA orders.
