1. Quality Control: Definition of project quality plan & procedures. Implementation of project quality plans & procedures
2.Departmentel Strategy: Quality Planning & Quality control Execution
3. Department Management:Develop departmental policies & procedures. Manage department human resource and project related tasks.
4. Project Planning: Review project master plans. Define project schedules. Prepare, and monitor project budgets. Define and implement project-resourcing requirements.

5. Project Analysis: Manage the definition and execution of related project analysis in line with companies’ products and service offering.
6. Project Co-ordination and correspondence: Manage the implementation of related project deliverables as per analysis. Manage all client and consultant technical correspondences.
7. Project Technical Review: Definition, creation and submittal of standards, specifications, project product and Services manuals.
8. Project Commissioning: Supervision of Installation and commissioning of projects. Obtaining project completion Certificates and related project sign off.

9. Reporting: Management communications, meetings & reporting

• Monitoring of planning schedule and QA/QC activities onsite
• Liaising with consultants and subcontractors to resolve issues
• Submittal and approval of all materials and design proposal changes
• Relating with management to discuss and resolve problems
• Generation of inspection and test plans
• Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• Monitor all quality oriented work onsite
• Document and Data Control
• Inspection & Monitoring of all processes onsite for adequacy
