To provide the best price, negotiate on the terms and timely delivery of materials is my utmost concern.Manage the administrative function of the company.

1. Do cold canvass and provide the lowest price but not sacrificing the quality of work.
2. Negotiate on the terms and delivery of materials
3. To check on the personality or character of laborers base on site.
4. To insure that the payroll is done and disburse properly.
5. Handle the logitic such as the equipment and trucks use in the site.
6. Represent the company on meeting such as pre-bidding, permits and other matters that involved the company.
7. To to it that the office is always on top with the needs of the site or vice versa.

Graduate of AB Philosophy and undergraduate of BS Mechanical Engineering from Sacred Heart Seminary and Don Bosco Technical College respectively covering the period of 1982-1989. Took my primary and secondary education at Don Bosco Technical Institute from 1972-1982. I was consistent Top 10 of our class. My GPA during my seminary days(AB PHILO)was 87%.
