Presently working as a Officer-HSF with ESSAR OIL REFINERY (10.5 MMTPA).Refinery pre-commissioning & commissioning experiences as regards to fire & safety, fully thorough with all commissioning & pre- commissioning activities of refinery fire protection systems as per OISD guidelines. To co operate seniors in the preparation of Fire & Safety procedures as well as Fire Manual & OSEMP, Working in shifts & G shift. Overall in charge of the shift at Refinery / Crude Oil Tank farm & Jetty, Compliance of testing & maintenance of all Fire Fighting facilities as per OISD guidelines. Attended all emergencies very effectively within & outside the refinery like massive LPG leakage (2000m3) from LPG treating unit, Pig Launcher unit product (Naphtha) line Fire & explosion, Tanker Emergency – LPG leakage (17tn) at road gantry, Jetty birth Fire etc….., Effectively managing & maintaining Fire operators (62 nos) & Fire vehicles (Foam cum Water Tender -05 nos, DCP Tender – 01 no, Foam Nurser – 02 Nos, Fire Jeeps & Water Tankers). Conducting Pre start up safety review (PSSR), task base risk assessment (TBRA) for all critical jobs along with plant operation & refinery maintenance team for safe work, ensure good discipline among the staff, attending to all pre fire fighting plan drills & MOCK drill, Conducting target drills, Preparation of Fire reports, Mock drill reports, table top exercises, Ensure availability of all fire fighting equipment/system & communication system. Conducting theoretical as well as practical fire training of fire personnel as well as Auxiliary Fire squad, Conducting fire & safety induction & refreshment training to employees, Preparation of monthly job schedule as regards to visual checking & maintenance of fire fighting facilities, Preparing Management Information Report (MIS).To maintain records & analyze of data, Fire safety inspection round of the plant as per schedule, Ensure adequate fire prevention measures during hot works & plant turnarounds, All SAP related issues (QM/PM/DMS) i.e. RR, UD.PR, Notification, MRS, Q-info record etc…, Fire Store Inventory (Procurement/Inspection/Records), Overall Co coordination of all documentation

BSC FIRE with 76% marks from Gujarat University, in March 2006.
I have completed certificate course in Disaster Management from IGNOU.
I have passed first aid certificate course from St. John Ambulance.
I have Uundergone for month SAP (QM/PM) training.
