Lab Supervisoer/Chemist oil and gas or petrochemical projects

To work for setting up of Lab from scratch .Commissioning to operations in Oil and gas industry. __________________________________________________________________________________

 Performs quantitative tests on gas and liquid samples using standards such as ASTM, IP, UOP, GPA & BP.
 Sampling and testing of all shipped products such as Hydrocarbon Condensate.
 Sampling and testing process and the Utilities plant, offshore facilities (Sour feed gas).
 Streams, Acid gas removal chemicals, store materials, water & Condensates.
 Work experience as per safety procedures laid by company.
 Handling of toxic and hazardous materials, use of appropriate PPE and segregation and disposal of laboratory chemical waste.
 Standardization of equipments and preparation of standard reagents for calibration.
 Product analysis during ship loading.
 Experienced in performing tests during train overhaul.
 Samples during the train start up procedure.
 Data entry by making calculations for daily reports. Highlighting the abnormal results to the process control personnel.
