In 1998 finished the subjects in Electrical Engineering Course and in 2001 presented his thesis related with the re-habilitation of a medium voltage 33Kv network of Matola and Machava, that faces , actually, problems related with dip, interruption, unbalance, flicker, surge, etc, caused by oldness of the network that has more than 30 years. He calculated new cable sections, new protections of the lines, allowances for future load increasing in the network, adding in parallel another power transformer at the substation of Matola and Machava that is fed from the Infulene Main Substation.
