Project overview :
Greenfield, grassroots modular LNG Project located on 400 km north of James Price Point (JPP) in the Kimberley region of Western Australia is 3 trains of 4.0 MT/a (each) capacity. The trains consist of air cooled, gas turbine driven, Air Products propane precooled mixed refrigerant systems.
Responsibilities:
As a part of “one Browse Team” with 2 main offices (Perth-Australia and UK), I perform as Equipment Engineer with responsible as below:
• Involve in Pressure Vessel datasheets development, covering ASME VIII Div. 1 and 2
• Involve in Tank datasheets development, covering API 650 and 620
2. Shaybah SAUDI ARAMCO-NGL FEED Project [ January 2010 – November 2010]
(Secondment to KBR Leatherhead Office, UK)
Position : Equipment Engineer and Mechanical Coordinator
Responsibilities:
As a part of KBR-UK (LOC-Leatherhead Operation Center) team, I performed not only as equipment engineer but also responsible on assisting and coordinating discipline related with technical issues. For details of my responsibility, as shown below:
• Involved in Pressure Vessel datasheets development, covering ASME VIII Div. 1 and 2
• Involved in Tank datasheets development, covering API 650 and 620
• Prepared the Technical Requisition and evaluated Bidders Quotations
• Supported the Procurement and Estimator team for construction budgeting purpose.
• Prepared and updated the equipment list management
• Monitored and reported the progress report and project scheduling.
