Commercial, Estimation, Proposal, Contract, Subcontract Manager

As a senior engineer/manager experienced in proposals, cost estimation, contracts, negotiations, project management, subcontracting and cost control of industrial plant construction works I am seeking a position, preferably in Turkey, UAE or Qatar

 Prepared, negotiated and successfully concluded numerous proposal and contracts as main contractor or subcontractor or consortium/JV partner.
 Developed, standardised and computerised cost estimation methods.
 Supervised design, manufacturing departments, erection commissioning works, sub-contractors and job-sites.
 Performed project management in multi-national environment.
 Started TQM and ISO 9001 works and led the team to obtain various certificates from international audits like TUV, SLV and similar.
 Established and successfully applied methods and procedures for manufacturing, quality control, warehouse and stock control, cost estimation budgeting and cost accounting.
 Re-organised and modernised engineering departments (mechanical, electrical and automation with CAD and Solid Modelling) which designs heavy machinery and developed standardised and modular designs for heavy duty cranes, hydro-electric dam equipment and crushing & screening plants.
 Had expertise in design, manufacturing and commissioning of heavy machinery especially hydro-mechanical dam equipment, heavy-duty tailor-made cranes and handling machinery.

 Vast international experience, familiarity with organisations of many EPC companies in the field of industrial plant construction (oil & gas, cement & steel plants).
 Expertise in cost estimation of industrial plant construction works such as petrochemical plants, oil and gas plants, steel melt shops, cement and power plants.
 Broad experience on various types of contracting/subcontracting schemes like lump-sum/re-measurable, on-shore/off-shore etc. and partnership agreements.
 Strong negotiation skills.
 Through understanding of inquiry methods of many EPC companies such as, JGC, CHIYODA, TECHNIP, BECHTEL, TECNIMONT, GS, SAMSUNG, SMSD, DANIELI and many others.
 Familiarity with administrative/commercial, import/export procedures and regulations of many countries.
 Strong engineering background on heavy machinery.
 Efficient use of computer and MS-Office programmes.
