„« Manage necessary preparations, verification of physical quantities, establish and implement the inspection while receiving material.

„« After physical verification and Acceptance, preparing Computerized Goods Received Note.

„« Keeping complete track of Project balance material and allocating to different projects by coordinating with Engineering and Procurement Department with complete traceability in order to minimize material cost

„« Coordination with QA/QC Personnel for carrying out Receipt, Inspection and Maintaining Records of all materials

„« Issue of materials to various projects on authorize request from Production.

„« Coordinating with Planning Engineer and initiate action for procurement of materials.

„« Transport and port clearance of all the materials from port to storage yard.

„« Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead a group of Store Keepers.

„« Preparation and updating of stock report periodically.

„« Preparation of Material Request for Consumables and co-ordinate with Procurement Dept for purchase.

„« Flow up with supplier for pending material to be delivered.

„« Extensive knowledge of online or window based software

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

„« Graduation: B.Sc from Ranchi University, Ranchi.
„« PGDCA: Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application
