Offshore Personnel Coordinator

HR Department: Offshore personnel logistics coordinator
• Interface with departments/Project Managers/ Offshore Managers regarding provision of personnel requirements for projects;
• Assist in recruitment process (resume screening, reference checking, schedule interviews);
• Generate all employee reports including: (person presence records, vacation tracking, absenteeism reports from the database for payroll.);
• Respond to basic HR queries from staff including benefits information, policy information, salary payments in a timely manner;
• Undertake general administration duties to support the department;
• Verify all personnel's certification required for working offshore is in date;
• Preparation and tracking of personnel working/ vacation schedule (roster);
• Personnel offshore crew change coordination;
• Assist in transportation arrangements including helicopters, vessels, light vehicles in line with company policies;
• Carry out On-call duties on a regular rotated basis;

I have a technical background in geographical information systems and remote sensing applications along with excellent computer skills. However, last 5 years I am working as Offshore personnel logistics coordinator within an offshore oil industry. I have excellent communication, operations and management skills.
