SHIFT ENGINEER ( ASSISTANT MANAGER)
To controls the shift Manpower of the Production to achieve the production targets

PRESENTLY POSITION & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
(DESIGNATION: DEPUTY MANAGER).

1- PRODUCTION PLANNING

Control the Production Planning and Yearly / monthly / daily planning for Export and Spare parts requirement. & To supervise Consumable Item Store. store affairs of the department.

· To prepare, monitor and update production plan of the department w.r.t. to the production plans received from Production Control department and to communicate it with concerned department.-To revise production plan in case of any revision received from Production Control Department. & To Monitor the monthly local consumable requirement of the department to General procurement.

2- PROJECT PLANNING

Special Projects Planning & Scheduling, coordination, Lay outing, Eraction and installation of Equipments and execution tasks , Plan & Scheduling for Preventive maintenance and shut down activities & Kaizen Management system.

· Design new layouts for Production Lines for new facilities that were transferred from Japan.
· Revise layouts for Spot lines for improving the productivity of Production Lines. Responsible to design new layouts on AUTOCAD. Hold meetings with Technical Department for effective implementation and execution of Project Activities.

3- SAFETY ENGINEER

To coordinate the Safety Management Systems,Implementation of Integrated Management System (QMS 9001, EMS 14001 & OHSAS 18001).

· To act as leader in case of accident/incident or an environmental emergencies. To identify / review / evaluate / update environmental aspects and then take action as per requirements. Responsible to implement the emergency plan and arrange practice drills in his/her area of responsibility. Responsible to ensure that hazards and associated risks are controlled in his/her respective areas of work.
