Brief Description of Job Responsibilities:

„« „« Examine Plans and Specifications of new Sandblasting/Painting equipment OR to determine if all the safety requirements have been included.
„« Read and understand the Job Specifications, Quality Plans, Procedures and Data sheets to precede the work in proper manner as per client requirement.
„« Keeping accurate records of all stages of work, i.e. material used and ambient conditions.
„« Complete and maintain record of Daily Painting /Coating Inspector Report.
„« Develop and implementing Waste Disposable Procedures to prevent environmental issues.
„« Inspection of Paint Material in accordance with manufacturers Data Sheets.
„« Carryout Task Risk Assessments (TRA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for Different activities & likelihood of their associated Hazards and devise their control measures.
„« Verifying Manufacturer Data sheets and Batch Certificates with paint container.
„« Ensuring that Abrasives (Garnet) shall be clean and free from Contamination.
„« Decide, if the substrate requires solvent OR detergent cleaning before blast cleaning.
„« Verification of painting and blasting equipments accuracy and adequacy.
„« Monitoring of the correct storing, handling and issuing of paint material.
