I have a wealth of experience working in the Oil & Gas and Shipbuilding, Fabrication, FPSO’s, Module yards, in the UK, West Africa & Europe. This has been gained onshore and offshore. I have worked in a Supervisory role for 18 years and have expertise in fabrication and welding process, which encompasses the petrochemical, maintenance and construction/ Fabrication/piping industry, including fixed installations, jacket construction, Topsides construction & up grade’s. FPSO’s, pipe laying & diving barge’s working with dive teams installing sub sea, rigid steel pipe and flexi pipe, work boats. Refineries & L.N.G. Plants. Hook up and commissioning, Module inspection before handover. Client “Exxon Mobil” CSR Project Management team client Artificial Lift, project. Installation off Risers, Umbilical J-Tubes, pipe work, sub sea, topsides. Client rep’ Responsible for ensuring that all approved construction procedures are strictly adhered to, and prior approval is obtained for any required or recommended changes or deviations. Supervise/Monitor contractors work on a daily basis & communicate progress to company, produce daily reports highlighting areas of concern, accidents/incidents. Recommendations for improvement, in construction practice, or installation methods. Responsible for signing off contractors’ daily progress, record comments.
CSR, Construction/Mechanical Superintendent shell Rep’, Shell Gabon, Working for the client ensuring the contractor is working to client procedures and PTW, Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with project specifications/procedures/method statements, review of work packs and method statements and contractors HSE policy. PTW originator. Issuing site instructions. Providing, HSE leadership, carrying out, HAZID’s, HAZOP’s. Monitor contractors offshore underwater intervention operations to ensure positive HSE management and compliance
My duties have included. Hook-up, Shut downs, and maintenance, construction Pipe work, large and small diameter, Riser, Flow line, Flexible flow line installation and umbilical J-Tubes, fabrication and installation, Sub sea work includes free spans, crossovers grout bags and concrete mats. Hydro-testing of all installed pipe work
FPSO, Hull inspection, and topsides module inspection & fabrication and installation.
