Human Resource Personnel or Project Administrator

Position: Department Administrator

My current position is Administrator in MIDMAC Contracting Company ,Qatar ,in the MEP (Mechanical Electrical, Plumbing) department, my location is in the main office of the company, and my responsibilities include:

- To Assist the Manager of the Department by preparing reports and recommendations and executes the managerial decisions.
- To control the manpower (more then 1400 Employees including Engineers, Forman, skilled people and labors and follow up everything related to them (Recruitment, Allocation, Induction , Evaluations, Appraisals, Leave, Resignations, Terminations ,Joining Interview ,Exit Interviews, Accidents, Health problems and everything related to the personnel issues.
- Organizing the evaluations of this manpower, prepare and propose their appraisals and submit them to the management.
-Preparing the manpower requirement status and made the necessary recommendations for their recruitment.
- Following up the recruitment status with the HR Management on daily bases
-Preparing the time sheet of the main office, and the main monthly allocation.
-Following up everything related to my department work with the concerned ministries.
