Professional Experience
Participated in Aqaba (Jordan) metering station upgrade (custody transfer), interacting with multidiscipline engineers for meeting technical, quality, cost and schedule; requirements.
Hydraulic analysis for East gas pipeline to increase the capacity and pressure by looping and compressor station using HYSYS program.
Conducted line pack and venting time calculation for the N.G pipeline taking in consideration expandability factor.
Factory inspection / test witnessing of model 700 Chromatograph and Ametek 3050-OLV Moisture Analyzer at Daniel EMA -Scotland.
Technical evaluation of engineering details prepared by consultant for its conformance to specification and cost effectiveness.
Selection and bid evaluation of equipment according to specifications requirement.
Execution of mechanical installation according to layout drawings, installation drawings and specifications.
Developed and updated PM plan for the onshore pipeline.
Troubleshoot and calibrate metering station instruments including; orifice meters, turbine meters and gas chromatography.
Monitors and records instrument readings of gas volumes, temperatures, flows and pressures to ensure safe operation and quality product, and reports deviations from standard so that corrective action can be taken.
Conducts maintenance checks of the equipment by physical inspection whilst on shift to verify operational status and takes appropriate corrective action as required.
Installs, calibrates and tests minor controls/instruments in accordance with technical manuals to maintain continuous plant operation.
Inspects safety devices in area assigned, verifies their placement, test their operational status to establish their hazard/accident detection and warning capability to prevent fires and accidents. Report any hazards detected or incidents immediately.
Performs housekeeping tasks in areas of responsibility to eliminate safety hazards and maintain a clean working environment.
Testing of various equipment and installations.
Good knowledge with pipeline welding and non destructive tests.
