Looking for the position of Production /Process supervisor in Oil and Gas Processing Plant (onshore/offshore).

•TOTAL 18 YEARS OF WORKING EXPERIENCE IN PRODUCTION / PROCESS OPERATION

My Responsibilities as Assistant Shift Engineer & Group Leader include,
1)Supervising and Leading a Production shift Team (Comprising of Panel Operators and Field operators) to carry out routine plant operational activities for achieving onspec production targets.
2)Planning/Organising, in consultaion with Descipline Engineers, Preventive and corrective maintenanace activities at the plant through PTW (Permit to Work) System to execute these activities as per Company HSE standards.
3)Arranging Skill certification of Production Technicians, in consultaion with Field management, to identify the area of responsibility for each team member and assigning the responsibilities accordingly.
4) Involved in Preparing and Scheduled Reviewing of the Plant Operation and Emergency handling procedures.
5)Involved in scheduled inspections, audits and risk assessments.
6)Incident and accident reporting and investigation as per Company Procedures.
7)Holding Routine safety talks, Procedures discussions and emergency handling simulations with the Production Shift Team, maintain a safe working environment and optimize the plant production.
8)Involved in planning, through meetings and discussions with Production Team and Field management, of Annual turnarounds accompanied by JSAs (Job safety analysis), Risk Assessments and preparation of procedures for unfamiliar tasks.
9)Preparing Daily, weekly and Monthly Production and Despatch reports.
10)Holding fortnightly meetings with Descipline Engineers (Electrical, Mechanical, Instruments and Planning) for Scheduling Preventive Maintenance activities at the Plant.
11)Putting Forward Useful suggestions (to improve the productivity, safety and integrity of the plant and equipment) for review and approval as per company procedures

Gained vast experience in Refining and Distillation Principles and techniques with Mechanical Aptitude on refining and stripping units, cryogenic unit (Nitrogen Rejection unit).
Got experience of start up & Shutdown and checking of Utilities equipment i.e. Gas Turbines, Centrifugal & Reciprocating pumps/Compressors, Oil & Gas fired furnaces, Cooling Towers, Boilers, Diesel &Gas Power Generators.
Familiarized and worked on “Permit to Work System and dealing with all types of work permits (Hot, Cold, Vessel Entry, Radiography, Electrical permits etc) in order to facilitate the maintenance activities at the plant in a safe and effective manner.
Responsibilities for the safe operation, control, trouble shooting of process equipment and reporting defects.
