To work in a global organization where I can implement my technical knowledge for industrial project designing in the field of Piping & Equipments with self learning attitude for techno-commercial growth in the organization.

PRESENTLY WORKING FOR PETROFAC INTERNATIONAL- SHARJAH.



• Worked as Piping Designer for Reliance Petrochemicals Ltd, from Jan 2007 Dec-07.
• Prep. of equipment layouts & checking of sections, isometric drawings for EVA, MIBK, ALCOHOL PLANTS & EOP.
• Led a team of 15 draftsmen in RELOCATION PROJECT/ REVERSE ENGINEERING. AS-BUILT INFORMATION of 3 plants (EVA, MIBK,ALCOHOL) comprising of 1,650 lines including asbuilt drawings from site, checking,releasing the same for IFC( issue for construction) within a record shortest span of 50 days.




Worked as a Designer for Piping & Fabricated Equipments in Mott MacDonald Pvt. Ltd. from January 2003 to Jan 2007.
• Preparation of valve MTO, piping MTO, EQUIPMENT LAYOUT, PIPING PLAN LAYOUT, SECTIONAL DRAWINGS, & ISOMETRICS of pharmaceutical projects.


Worked as Production Supervisor in M/s Bombay Engineering Works during the period of JULY 2002 to JANUARY 2003.

MY EMPLOYMENT WITH BOMBAY ENGG WORKS GAVE ME AN EXCELLENT OPPUTUNITY TO PROVE MY CAPABILITIES IN PRODUCTION OF PHARMACEUTICAL MACHINERIES, FOR EG; FBD’S , VIBROSHIFTERS, MULTIMILLS, VARIOUS TYPES OF BLENDERS, RAPID MIXING GRANULATORS(50 KGS), OINTMENT PLANTS ETC. I USED TO KEEP THE MANAGER UPDATED WITH DAILY PROGRESS REPORTS & DAILY PRODUCTION PLANNING. DUE TO MY EFFICIENT PLANNING MACHINES WERE DESPATCHED BEFORE COMMITTED DELIVERY TIME, WHILE MAINTAINING QUALITY & CLIENTS SATISFACTION .I MANAGED 60-70 WORKERS BY SEGREGATING THEM INTO TEAMS & MONITORING THEM IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER.


Worked for Design, Estimation & Supervision of Equipments in M/s Mudhaher Est. located in Oman during period of April 2000 to June 2002.



Worked as Estimation Draftsman in M/s Mesuka Co. Pvt. Ltd. During period of December 1998 to August 2000.

ASSISTING ESTIMATION ENGG FOR MECH PROJECTS AND MAINTAINENCE JOBS







Worked as Design Draftsman in Arabian Industries LLC, located in Oman during period of May 1996 to November 1998.

INITIALLY I WAS INVOLVED IN DRAFTING OF PIPING, GA, FAB. DRGS FOR STORAGE TANKS, VESSELS, AND SKID MOUNTED MANIFOLDS. LATER IN OUR SERVICE CONTRACT WITH PDO FOR PIPING HOOK-UPS, FLOW LINES AND MAINLY ASBUILT PIPING ISOMETRICS ETC.



Worked as a Design Draftsman for Fabricated Equipments, Tanks & Furnaces in M/s Furnace Fabrica (Bombay) Ltd. During period of December 1993 to October 1995.

Passed SSC (Secondary School Certificate) from Chembur Karnatak High School, located in Chembur, Mumbai in the year of 1989.

Technical Qualification (ITI) in Mechanical Drafting from Shad Adam Shaikh Polytechnic, under Registration of Maharashtra Government in the year of 1990
