In 1985 was employed by Schela de Productie Gaze Naturale, Tg. Mures, Romania. The first finished a qualification course of 6 months for gas well production and in next 6 years worked in following positions in a land rig:
1. derrickman : in crew work up to derrick board latch and unlatch the elevator to stack drillpipe trips, also responsible for preparing drilling mud and pipe measurements.
2. mechanic operator: operations and maintenance of mechanical equipment, do minor repairs and will do other duties when needed beside the same installation

I was born in a multicultural environments so learnt from very young age Romanian language, made my schools in this language.At the work place we were employees from other nationality. Because we worked in rotation system (weekly) oll team worked and lived together in our accommodation base assured by our company.The very fact that the workers are together 24 hours a day,the working conditions,the hard works binds people together.
Leading a charcoal store, working whit 6-7 people together daily I learnt as in a responsible team every worker most to have own responsible.In this way the work will be performed within a pleasant community
