JOB DESCRIPTION
•Provide Technical HSSE Support and Advice to the Drilling /Construction and Production Teams
•Develop, revise and review company/contractor HSSE procedures
•Ensure compliance with Client/Contractor HSSE and EMP policy/procedures
•Conduct Accident and Incident Investigation and Reporting
•Compile, report and action tract accurate HSSE data and statistics.
•Conduct Contractor Audits/ HSSE Tender Evaluations /Site Inspections etc.
•Act as an internal auditor. Conducting Advanced Safety Audits, JSA Audits, Permit to Work Audits, SMS audits etc.
•Conduct and Review Risk Assessments/JSA/HAZOPs etc.
•Update and maintain all ISO 14001 files
•Assist in the planning and coordinating of emergency drills and safety meetings
•Conduct HSE Training/Site Orientations/ Safety Meetings, Toolbox, Pre-Tour etc. Developing power point presentations etc.
•Develop site specific Emergency Evacuation Plan, Oil Spill contingency Plan, Training Manual, Environmental Management Plan, Bridging Documents, HSSE Management System etc.
•Ensure effective and efficient operation of the Permit To Work System
•Developed and conduct various HSSE inspections and audits of the workplace.
•Prepare Gap Analysis in accordance with OSH Act 2006.
