Supervise day-to-day drilling operation.
Monitoring day-to-day material requirement. Ensure material request are issued in a timely manner to avoid disruption of operation.
Responsible for preparing Reports on Rigs and activities. Compiling Monthly Reports.
Monitor rig move efficiency, identify gaps, and make improvements to insure rig is being moved as efficiently as possible.
Assist in the movement of materials and service personnel to the rig site.
Witness for all jobs like inclination survey, logging ,cementing, testing, coring, core recovery, DST, Pressure test, etc,
Preparing daily drilling report (Russian & English), Reporting directly to Drilling Manager.

Monitoring day-to-day operation of the Rig,
Assist to General Manager(operation) in all aspects of planning and reporting the departmentˇ¦s activities.
Assist to General Manager (operation) to resolve technical problem that may occur during drilling and work over.
Responsible for preparing Reports on Rigs and activities. Compiling Monthly Reports. Maintain daily contact with Rig In-charge.
3. Company: Joshi technology International Inc-India project.
Working as In-charge for work over operations & drilling of new wells.
Planning, site supervision, Exe caution & control of work over jobs & change of pumps for SRPs.
Planning for production testing of the wells (mainly SRP) optimization of SPM, stroke length, running hour& making decision for job requirement.
Keeping inventory of materials for work over & drilling of new wells.
4.L & T-JTI oil field project, Dholka.
To manage an operations team and ensure the production target, testing of the well with different bean and different separator pressure & optimization of bean size this will include installation of EPS,
Planning & control of major operation at wells such as Wire line job, acid job, nitrogen, CTU, Steaming job & planning for the month,
Planning for circulation & squeezing job for the month, monitoring of DPR, guiding the operator for day-to-day operations at EPS & Well site,
Data Acquisition at well site, such as BHP, BHT, LIQUID LEVEL by using the instrument Echo meter, & Fluid ranger.
