 Control, update and issuance of drawings to works department
 Manage materials through issuance of delivery requisition list
 Keep track on insufficient materials for replenishment
 Issuance of delivery requisition list on materials that have been taken
 Estimate and allocating of budgeted man-hours
 Detailed scheduling of works and allocation of resources
 Monitoring of additional jobs
 Capturing of works department progress and productivity
 Keep track on project progress for weekly report
 Analyzing of productivity for monthly report
 Productivity report presentation to works department
 Coordinator between works department and technical office to resolve technical issues
 Coordinate with material planner and monitor transferring of materials for each project to support production
