Mac International FZE is one of the Largest General Motors Vehicles & Spare Parts Distributor in Middle East, apart from this we are also the ISUZU distributor for Iraq. Duties & Responsibilities :
• Responsible for Banking & LC operations.
• Assisting the treasury Dept to run a smooth banking operation.
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements on monthly basis
• Responsible for the bank fund transfers .
• Issuing the Letter of Guarantee according to the requirements for Letter of Credit & Contract
• Responsible for Payables & Receivables & distributing the reports monthly basis
• Responsible for adding all kinds costs related to Inventory
• New Shipments Uploading and Sales Invoicing

• Monthly Management Stock Report for Iraq , Libya, Dubai Operations
• Monthly Management Stock Reconciliation with Kanoo Group .
• Responsible for Time Deposits and distributing the report weekly
• Processing & interacting with the insurance Company, claiming and adding insurance on the inventory
• Maintaining Goods in Transit Report for the inventory and reporting to Top Management.
• Issuing the Letter of Guarantee according to the requirements for Letter of Credit & Contract
• Checking & Reviewing the Company contracts and sending the confirmation to Top Management.
• Responsible for the maintenance of Pay Roll and Petty Cash..

• Interacting & negotiating with banks for the LC Charges & Documents Status .
• Instructing DF Young to prepare the Bill of Ladings , Certificate of Origin & Shipping Company Declaration as per LC terms & conditions .
• Instructing the applicant to issue the required amendment in the LC
• Preparing all the necessary documents as per LC terms & conditions and & Legalizing the documents with various consulates .
• Updating the estimated LC charges for the progressing LC to maintain the accruals.
• Updating the LC Receivables to the Top Management.
• Knowledge about UCP ( Uniform Customs & Practice )
• Knowledge about International Trade & Incoterms.
