Projects : Jubail Chevron Phillips Chemicals (JCPC), Qatar Shell GTL (QSGTL) & Rabigh Development Project Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
• Complete command over major modules of Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI) i.e. Instrument Index, Wiring, Loop Diagrams, Specifications, Process Data, Calculations, Hook-ups & Browser.
• Good understanding of Administrator utility & Import utility. SPI test server administrator for the company. Conducted INtools Training Batch-5 for the department.
• Incharge all instrumentation design engineering documents issuance from INtools on QSGTL project & successfully leading a team of 5 engineers for milestone achievement & project completion.
• Responsible for vendor liaison & technical clarifications for defining instrument specifications on QSGTL project.
• Nominated for site construction, commissioning, cold run & start up for QSGTL project from July 2008.
• Expert in Foundation Fieldbus (FF) Design Engineering. Generated all Instrument Segment Diagrams & JB Interconnection Diagrams through SPI on JCPC and presently working on segment validation reports for QSGTL project. Also working as in charge FF TSE (Technical Skill Enhancement) for my department.
• Proficient in usage of Pepperl & Fuchs segment checker & Honeywell’s Fieldbus Calculator.
• Worked on cable tray layout & cable tray loading on Rabigh Development Project through Smart Plant Review (SPR).

Training : Course on Construction Technology Management & Planning (CTMP).

Responsibilities :
• Site execution on project site with a total of 50,000 man hours of job.
• Complete supervision for the installation of cable trays, MDB’s, transformers, MCC panels, cable testing, earthing, lighting, cable laying & cable termination.
• Prepared level-3 plan on P3, scheduling of activities & co-ordinating with the planning department on progress and efficiency.

The internship assignment was to develop working knowledge on two engineering software ETAP (Electronic Transient Analyzer Program) & Smart plant Electrical (SPE).
