A CHEMIST OF 4 YEAR EXP AND 1.5 YEARS AS CUTOMER CARE OFFICER

I have 16 months experience in Hinduja Global Solutions Pvt Ltd, [Airtel mobiles pvt ltd] as Customer Care Executive & also 4 years exp in Chemical field as a Chemist in Travancore Bio-Organic Fertilizer Pvt Ltd.

I worked four years in a fertilizer company named as “Travancore Fertilizers” Kottayam. My designation was Chemist cum trainee & also did the job of supervisor. I understood all the chemicals & technologies used in this company.
Mainly there is manufacturing of two biofertilizers [Psecidomones &Tricoderma]. First of all a medium is created with the help of some agents { kings medium & peptones}.After that medium formation at a PH of 7,I is shrilled in a conical flask at a pressure of 50LB for an hour in auto clave.When the medium is cooled it is inoculated with specific micro organs. After the 6 days it is mixed with talc and packed in 1kg packet and dispatch to market
The uses are to prevent plant diseases like Quick welt [pepper], rot of capsules [vanilla], rot in Ginger and some vegetable diseases

TWO MONTHS PROJECT EXPERIENCE IN TRAVANCORE CEMENTS
From here I studied the methods of machine using in the cement industry and I also understood about the chemical methods and ingredients used in a factory.
From this I had to know about the working methods, way of doing work, there style of doing duty, the tension and sincerity of there jobs, manners .so it was a good experience for me for my next job
