• Prepare and execute the development and implementation of pipeline integrity, inspection and maintenance outsourcing plan to support the planned activities in compliance to PETRONAS Group Tender and Contract guideline.
• Compile and verify all inspection records and findings so as to meet PCSB pipeline integrity guidelines, philosophies and industries best practices.
• Administer the implementation of Carigali Pipeline Integrity Management System, CPIMS and ensure that the system able to provide timely and updated overall online pipeline integrity status.
• Implement the identified latest technology, opportunities, innovative concept to continuously improve and enhance pipeline integrity management and effectiveness.
• Consolidate all HSE requirements related to the pipeline integrity, inspection and maintenance execution and participate in the preparation of those required documentation.
• Compile all pipeline engineering drawings, documentation and materials which are required in daily operation, assessment, modification and emergency pipeline repair.
Work experience;
1. Pipelines Replacement Programs for Sarawak (PCSB) PMT (4 nos Pipeline replacement Projects).
2. Pig Trap (launcher/receiver at Platforms) Project for 31 nos involving Design and Installation.
3. Asset Engineer for 3 Crude Oil/Gas Terminal (MCOT/BCOT/MLNG) for incoming and Export Line offshore/onshore.
4. Riser Maintenance Campaign for all SKO platform.
