• 1 year and 2 months Experience of Development Department as Assistant Manager in Ghandhara Nissan Limited.
• Working there as Assistant Manager, Core responsibilities include selection of vendors for the manufacturing of localized parts via analyzing organizational structure and other production related facilities (Quality Policy, Financial Strength, Location) and selection complete and regular follow-up for subsequent manufacturing of parts after selection from Development stages to Bulk Supplies.
• Regular Monitoring and check-ups of Vendors tooling, operational and inspection objects (Jigs and fixture) and facilitate improvisations thereafter if necessary.
• Coordination with other Departments such as Service and Marketing Departments for Improvement and Modification necessary according to Market Trends, Problem Diagnostic in parts during service campaign and their analysis through Customer visit.
• Implementation of quality circles (PDCA Cycle) on plant to increase Productivity and to cut down Additional Cost associated with Down times (Production) thus improve quality at required Operational stages.
• Implementation of Quality Control tools for Problematic Vendors for their parts and Determination of the Roots Causes for their Elimination.
• Make Vendor Comparison and Quality Reports for evaluation (Periodic), to keep Management intact with their Progress.
• Design (if necessary) Operation Fixture and Inspection Jigs for Manufacturing of Parts in view with Operational Aspects (Tool Path Generation and Work Centre Type) and Design of Parts.
• Managing Production Reports (Vendor) and Process-Flow Chart to Increase Process Capabilities and Manufacturing Techniques.
